Duke of Edinburgh Award SchemeThe Duke of Edinburgh’s Award students are continuing their bronze and silver levels in-between expedition and navigation training, as we sit out these cold autumn and winter months (both bronze and silver begin training again in April).
Those Year 10 students towards the end of their award will need to approach any assessor of a section they have not yet completed to get it ticked-off and passed.
Kieran showed great commitment to his award by wading about in mud to help the environmental projects at Poole Farm for his volunteering section. He joins the Year 9’s, who last week volunteered at Beechwood Primary School, by putting in some hard work to help his community.
Well done Kieran.
