Stress Busting Excercise LessonsOver the course of the last six weeks the Year 11s have taken part in an exercise boot camp with a trained fitness professional. After a hesitant start a hard core group of girls emerged, attending rain or shine, embracing each session. The sessions aimed to help with the stress of the exam period, develop students fitness and to have fun. Feedback from the girls has been extremely encouraging and they felt a real bond had formed between them. I really hope similar sessions run in future as it created a really positive ethos amongst the students.
